Who is Doug?

Doug Hynes is currently working as a Computer Systems Engineer. Daily he handles putting out the fires of IT desktop support as well as being the font of knowledge in all things tech. Relying on skills learned in an engineering undergraduate, two master’s programs, and his work experiences he takes the business and personal needs of his colleagues and matches them with the right solution. Ever the skeptic, Doug never hesitates to roll up his sleeves and get dirty trying to find the limits of the latest gadgets and software.
